Founded in 2014 by Ranjith Ponnapa, a veteran in the IT and ITES space with over two decades of global experience, TorchBearer Services was built on more than just technical expertise—it was inspired by vision, resilience, and purpose.

TorchBearer began as more than a company—it was a tribute.

When Avinash, a brilliant engineering student in the U.S. with dreams of changing the tech world, passed away in a tragic accident, his friend and mentor Ranjith Ponnapa didn’t let that dream fade.
Instead, he turned it into TorchBearer Services—a living legacy of ambition, innovation, and heart.
